SO!

I have found a new talent that I love very, very much. This is my mid-term project. We had to draw a random topic out of a hat. I got Classic Movie Monster. We are suppose to take that topic and reinvent it. I asked my professor if I could make the wolfman more wolf looking. He said yes.

I was seriously not expecting this to turn out the way it has. This is just the rough form of it. I have to open up the mouth so I can put in a tongue and teeth. I used marbles for the eyes and the clay is monster clay. SUPER awesome if you have it heated up enough. I’m working on adding “fur” to it with monster clay and adding more details. I did all this roughing with just my fingers and the clay.

The massive update I told you guys I was going to do. I hope all the owners of the ponies I used see this. They were a bunch of fun to draw interacting with others. There are a few ponies from the show in the image. There’s the Mane Six, the CMC, Derpy, Doctor Whooves, and Berry Punch.

UPDATE!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know! I got into my professor’s showcase!! Thank you to everyone who’s ponies are in this! It really helped pull the picture together! I’m so excited!! I’ve never had my art displayed before ;3; My fiance and I are celebrating tonight! Expect an update on Mort this weekend!!
